Stephen Fergus and Michael Hepburn co-created ICG Property in 1996 after working together for many years with a leading real estate company. The pair bring specialist knowledge to each signature ICG project together with a personal commitment of maintaining the architectural intent and a meticulous attention to detail in the build.

From land acquisition through to development planning, construction and final delivery, Stephen and Michael are directly involved throughout the process of every project to ensure their vision has been realised.
